In our life journey, we are designed and purposed to be everything…it’s a process of building and cultivating character.  Character is defined as the mental and moral qualities distinctive to an individual. Character comes from the Greek word, “kharakter”  which was an early stamping tool – something that leaves a distinctive mark. Other meanings are to sharpen, cut in furrows or engrave. In other words we have to know our symbol.

אוֹפִי Ofi is the Hebrew word for character.  Consider what you are made of.

We affirm our obligation to study natural law and align ourselves with them. We lean toward the goodness of life and courtesy is shown to all around us.”

The ANU Way, Vol. 1, Foundations

Character is discovered and cultivated within the confines of your community. Good Character (Iwa Rere) is when we actively exhibit the qualities that honor  our role within said community. How do you recognize good character within others? We have to be what we want to see in others as we will always reflect what is actually inside of us. You be it first.

Character definition and development | Chief Yuya

Emotions, feelings and beliefs are not based upon character but rather a transient vibration. You can’t build on transient vibrations because they are not upright and there is no integrity. It’s like trying to build on sand. Knowledge is the stability of what we build. It is the building block (rock) of life and is directly relatable to integrity. When you have knowledge, it is received and becomes the “1” inside of you. The 1″ represents the uprightness of character.

“We must be willing and able to shed the signs of foreign cultural insanity both physically, and mentally and in our behaviors. If we cannot then we must admit that a character flaw is inherent…”

The 14 Keys, Chief Yuya

The intestinal character of the ANU consciousness creates a natural spirit of superior etiquette. Beauty can’t be copied, enhanced or augmented.  You must uncover it and innerstand it.  “Character is all that is requisite.”

“And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.”

Hebrews 10:24-25 (KJV)
