Where and how do you start to get your world back in order again? We have to properly evaluate ourselves so we can move to the next level.  In a space where you are able to clearly think in quiet, make a list and honestly assess where you are and what you need to do.  When we meditate, we have a chance to explore and examine our thoughts and reflect on what we need to change.

It should be noted that the words “Meditation” and “Medication” have the same root, “med” which is from the Latin word “medeor”, meaning “to heal, cure, or remedy”.

Meditation brings you back to well-being. Your home environment should be a peaceful paradise.  You need a space where you can be yourself. Whatever ‘they say’ isn’t relevant if they are not part of your community.

We have to properly assess ourselves through our own eyes and not the eyes of others. At the same time, recognize where one messed up and what could have been done better. What part did you play in the demise of something? If often doesn’t “feel” good when we have to be accountable for our actions – yet we are not looking to “feel” good more than we are looking to be better and evolve. If you are not, you will keep repeating cycles and going in circles.  Don’t let yourself get to a point where doing or hearing the right thing doesn’t feel good anymore. Remember everything grows and heals at the same time.  Nothing is independent of the other.
