Studious is a required quality of both ANU Men and ANU Wombmyn.  We are warrior scholars.  We have a diligent, focused approach to learning and acquiring knowledge.  We have an education augmentation movement within the gates of ANU.  We never stop learning thus keeping our minds sharp to stay in the know regardless of our age.  We pursue education and we study for ourselves. We are committed to expanding our understanding and skills through reading, research, practice and reflection.

“Education is the key to wealth. Our first investment should be in our minds.”

Command the Day 10.1 | Listen to Knowledge | Chief Yuya

We know that simply listening to videos and podcasts is not studying. We must exhibit discipline and perseverance in our studies, spending significant amounts of time engaged in intellectual activities such as reading various texts, attending and participating in lectures, conducting experiments, problem-solving and engaging in critical thinking. We must be able to manage our time effectively and prioritize activities, setting aside time for study and intellectual growth.  We actively seek new information and opportunities to enhance our knowledge and understanding.

“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”
