What is Red Wrap?
ANU Life Global Ministries’ Red Wrap is a collaborative volunteer initiative dedicated to providing essential menstrual hygiene education and products to unsheltered and disadvantaged women and girls. By doing so, we create a safe space to address and maintain menstrual health in a dignified and respectful manner. We believe that everyone, regardless of their circumstances, deserves access to the information and products necessary for menstrual health.
Red Wrap Mission
Our mission at Red Wrap is clear: to address a fundamental public health need—the maintenance of menstrual health and hygiene for housing insecure women and girls.
We recognize that menstruation is a unique experience for every woman, and individual needs vary, making access to menstrual hygiene products crucial. Despite progress in some areas, many women still face challenges in obtaining these essential products, especially those experiencing housing insecurity or hardship.
Our vision is a world where no woman is held back by the lack of access to menstrual hygiene products, and where menstruation is a topic embraced with dignity, respect, and understanding.
Help address a Public Health need.
“Our hygiene is a product of what we ingest and allow ourselves to be surrounded with.”
The ANU Way

Red Wrap is dedicated to meeting women’s feminine hygiene needs with respect and support. Our passionate team of volunteers provides education, services, and inspiration through workshops and product distribution events. We understand that menstrual hygiene products are often overlooked in donations, despite being in high demand. To bridge this gap, we partner with community organizations, schools, and women’s shelters to host targeted events focused on the donation and distribution of menstrual hygiene products, including reusable options, sanitary napkins/pads, tampons, and liners.
Additionally, we collaborate with our partner shelters to provide educational materials on reproductive and menstrual health, ensuring that women have the knowledge they need to care for their bodies effectively. Our distribution methods are flexible and adapt to shelter protocols and occupancy on the event day, ensuring that every woman receives the care and support she deserves. Together, we strive to create a world where menstruation is discussed openly and with dignity, where no woman is held back by the lack of access to menstrual hygiene products, and where menstrual health is a universal priority.
Red Wrap is on a mission to collect period stories from amazing women and girls of all ages!
Why? Because your stories can be powerful tools for change! Your experiences can help break the misinformation around menstruation, and they’ll be used to create educational content that benefits women and girls everywhere.
Don’t worry, we’ve got your back! You can choose to share your story proudly or stay incognito if you prefer. We respect your privacy and are excited to hear from you either way!
